Tachini Drums ships via USPS Priority (including International shipments) and UPS Ground. Express shipping is available upon request. At the discretion of Tachini Drums, orders may be shipped via carriers other than United States Postal Service (USPS), if deemed appropriate. You will be provided tracking information via email notice or via your PayPal account.
Large powwow drums, 26″ diameter and larger ship via Greyhound Package Express shipping or via freight shipping carriers. Greyhound Package Express shipping items can only be picked up at Greyhound shipping locations. There are no door-to-door shipping options.
Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes.
International purchasers are responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, service fees, and brokerage fees, in addition to shipping cost paid at the time of purchase to Tachini Drums.
Large powwow drums ship via freight and will be arranged with consultation with the customer. Please contact us at email@example.com for questions on international shipping of large powwow drums.
We ship orders as promptly as we can, order processing time can take up to 2-5 business days.
Please note that the number of days noted on the USPS Priority shipping method at check-out indicates the carrier’s estimated transit time in business days. This does not include order processing time, which can take 2 to 5 business days after the order is placed.

Carrier delivery delays can occasionally occur. Should a package be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us within 21 days of the expected delivery date.
Please double-check your delivery address entry. Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses can cause delay in your shipment and/or cause the package to be deemed undeliverable. Re-shipping and replacement costs due to incomplete or incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
