All returns or exchange requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days from the date of delivery. After submission of a return or exchange request, the product must be returned within 30 days from the date delivery.

You can return the product for a full refund or exchange it for another one. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after a satisfactory receipt and inspection of the item(s).

Custom products, including powwow drums 28″ and larger, are unique one-of-a-kind items commissioned with special requests and/or requirements. Custom products are not allowed for exchange. Returned custom products can be refunded at 40% of the original purchase price.

You are responsible for return shipment and insurance costs. Insurance is recommended. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made on items damaged in transit with your shipping carrier. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after receipt of the return and satisfactory inspection of the item(s) has been performed.
